for the navigation result, you has to go onto the recycling, rubbish and waste part and the onto the household waste section. the you would find the missed bin part aso it wasn't very hard to find. the A-Z result was quite easy as it has the link to 'Missed Bin'. the internal search result was good because before i had finished typing the last word (collection), it already knew what i was going to type. the google result was easy but the missed bin collection tab wasn't right at the top as there was one before it.

I was a bit confused as to why the recycling and waste section was a different website until I realised by looking at the URL that it wasn't, but the top left logo 'WasteAware' made me think I'd moved sites. I would prefer to have seen the usual HCC header image and menu. I couldn't see the words 'missed bin collection' which would have been perfect just ' report a problem with a local recycling bin' which isn't what I am looking for. After Googling the terms it became clear that HCC don't do this but local councils do. It would be helpful to have a result on HCC that states to look at local council sites instead?

Top link on the internal search results took me to a page showing the statistics for the numbers of missed bin collection reports for 2010/11... Another search link took me to a form where Account number was a mandatory field (looking more closely it appeared to be for commercial waste). Was surprised that when I got to the actual form there were many fields to optionally complete, but no postcode field, so I don't know how they know which Station Road in the borough the report is concerning.
