Specific comments made about this task

Birmingham City Council
Gave up navigating from the home page because there was nothing indicating it might be the top level for environment. Google search produced a report which may or may not have been the document in question - the search result was directly to the .pdf of a document, not to a page on which the document was attached, and there was no supporting context information to show whether it's the right document. It's a legal requirement for this report to be on the site.

Birmingham City Council
I found the relevant page reasonably easily (although on the Environment main page it seemed odd that the link to sustainability and climate change was under Planning and building), but the documents on there were all three years old

Bracknell Forest Council
The page is very long and the relevant reporting is at the end of the page.

Bradford Council
Not the easiest to use and navigate around. The internal search bar comes up with lots of irrelevant pages too so wasn't sure which to click on.

Brent Council
Internal search: "greenhouse gas emissions" gives a search result for the report but clicking the link comes up as "file not found" Google search: '"greenhouse gas emissions" report 2013 Brent Council' gives a result from 2011-12

Manchester City Council
Apparently the council has a legal obligation to publish this.

Newcastle City Council
The relevant information can be found under 'Environmental Policies and Strategy' which not only requires several clicks to get to but did not feel like the natural place to look. The results from Google returned earlier reports higher up the search results than the current report. The current report was titled 'Annual Greenhouse Report 2010-11' but when you click into the PDF it is the 2013-14 report

Nottingham City Council
This is my usual experience with this website.

Scottish Borders Council
Marked as Very important because it's a legal requirement (I assume in Scotland as well as England) to publish it.
