Specific comments made about this task

Aberdeen City Council - 2014-10-29
Antisocial behaviour - useful contacts were given on the website

Birmingham City Council - 2016-09-16
There doesn't appear to be much that you can actually report; what's the point of it? There's no clue of where it could be in the main navigation.

Borough of Poole - 2014-06-02
Unfair advantage as I knew what I was looking for, but still found it an easy page to locate and use.

Bradford Council - 2014-03-25
Navigation from home page would be OK for a specific report (eg "report fly tipping") but not for the generic "anti-social behaviour"

Carlisle City Council - 2014-04-14
On internal search, it did not come up with the antisocial behaviour page which is on the website

Copeland Borough Council - 2014-02-12
'High hedges' was the top internal search result!

Corby Borough Council - 2015-08-18
upon searching, I foubd only an info page describing that you should fill out a 'Report a Repair' form, there was no link for it on that page, and then when i did search for the form, i found i differently titled form and it didn't mention it's use as an A.S.B form. Overall this is confusing and needs sorting out!!

Corby Borough Council - 2016-07-25
Found page easily & submitted a online form & received an email acknowledgement

Coventry City Council - 2014-02-06
The navigation wasn't that good because I thought (and I assume other people would also think the same) that you had to click on the 'REPORT' option but there wasn't anything about antisocial behaviour there so I searched in the 'Advice and Benefits' section and went onto 'Community Advice' and found it there. To improve, this could be in the 'REPORT' section because this is about members of the public compaining about something aswell. The A-Z and Google search methods were very easy and useful. The Internal search unlike the A-Z and Google search had no relevant options. I weren't sure which one to click on and when I clicked on it, it didn't look like the right web page. To improve, when searching for antisocial behaviour, this page should be more visble being at the top for the most relevant answer to the query. Overall, this was good because the webpages did exist and I found it eventually on the three search methods.

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council - 2018-08-30
I knew to look for this under Housing, but I don't know if most people would know that. The page I navigated to was a very general page about ASB, which didn't contain any links to any reporting functionality. "Your search for report antisocial behaviour produced no results".

Durham County Council - 2015-08-18
spelling error on A.S.B page link to form says 'orm'

Essex County Council - 2015-08-18
couldn't finf anything at all. report button only availiable for road issues

Gravesham Borough Council - 2014-10-24
Gave up attempting to navigate from the home page of GBC website as too long and hard to use. Categories didn't cover anything to do with ASB. It turned out that ASB was under the 'Housing' section which isn't relavent for non-council tenants. It should be under communities sexction. When finally on the ASB page, lots and lots of long text and information which is likely to cause someone to close the page and not bother to read it.

Lambeth Council - 2014-04-15
More work needs to be done to make this page better to find and a bit easier to understand

Lichfield District Council - 2013-12-05
Having the information about reporting above the long explanation of antisocial behaviour would make it easier. Personally I wonder who goes to the council website about antisocial behaviour before they go to the police anyway...

Liverpool City Council - 2013-12-17
Being offered a choice of routes stops it being very easy. I still wonder who complains to the council rather than going to the police about antisocial behaviour anyway?

Liverpool City Council - 2015-01-13
Easy to find. Information is clear.

Liverpool City Council - 2015-01-14
it had to be entered as anti-social behaviour to be found using the internal search. Antisocial behaviour returned no results.

Nottingham City Council - 2014-12-17
Option to report ASB at bottom of page, past content about applying for a asb trigger. Once link found form easy to complete, although large amount of info required.

Pendle Council - 2022-04-07
Requiring contact details in order to report antisocial behaviour is an absolute no-no.

Sheffield City Council - 2014-02-12
Noise action week 2012! Word form to report noise nuisance. Can't do it online?

West Lindsey District Council - 2015-08-25
awkward map page, pop-ups needed to find form, most have them blocked now. ideally need this changing to either PDF or onsite form
